Our rental fee opens the doors to a magical experience at our 40’ x 72’ rustic pavilion by Elm Lake or the Creekside Pavilion. This includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests at Lakeside and 60 at Creekside, along with enchanting lighting, thorough clean-up, and parking assistance. We coordinate the arrival of your DJ, florists, caterers, and other vendors, ensuring a seamless day. As a DIY venue, we provide the essentials, giving you the freedom to craft your dream wedding. A: Yes, we do offer overnight accommodations at Wolf Creek Retreat - Dayton Ohio. We provide beautiful glamping tents specifically for the wedding party, allowing them to enjoy the rustic charm and scenic views of our venue at Historic Elm Lake. *Please note that the bridal suite and groom’s suite are available for use on the day of the wedding only and do not accommodate overnight stays.
