Our rental fee includes access to our charming 40’ x 72’ rustic pavilion by Elm Lake (or the Pavilion at our Creekside venue), complete with tables and chairs for up to 200 guests at Lakeside, and up to 60 guests at Creekside. All lighting, tables and chairs clean-up, and parking assistance is included. We also coordinate the arrival of your DJ, florists, caterers, and other vendors. As a DIY venue, we provide the space and essential services, allowing you to plan your wedding your way. We will help you schedule your rehearsal based on other weddings that may be scheduled. You may also schedule your rehearsal on the wedding day when everyone is present. There is no charge for your rehearsal. The Bridal Suite is included in all packages. A: Yes, we do offer overnight accommodations at Wolf Creek Retreat - Dayton Ohio. We provide beautiful glamping tents specifically for the wedding party, allowing them to enjoy the rustic charm and scenic views of our venue at Historic Elm Lake.

*Please note that the bridal suite and groom’s suite are available for use on the day of the wedding only and do not accommodate overnight stays.
