1. Reservations & Payments

Final payment is due by the date specified in your contract.

2. Use of Venue

Decorations must be approved in advance; no open flames outside designated areas.

Alcohol service must comply with applicable licensing and age restrictions.
3. Liability

The Wolf Creek Retreat is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events.

Clients assume responsibility for their guests’ conduct and any damages caused.
4. Cancellation Policy

6. Intellectual Property
